Dear Sir/Madam,
My full name is Nguyen Han Ny and I am writing to express my interest in the position of Pharmacist at the Pharmacy Department at Hospital. It has always been my age-long dream to become a good Clinical Pharmacist and help patients use drugs safely, rationally and effectively. I believe working as a member of the Pharmacy Department at Hospital would set me miles ahead of reaching my goal.
I graduated from University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City with a Decent Pharmacy Degree. While studying, I developed a strong interest in direct contact with patients for prescription drug dispensing, providing accurate pharmaceutical information. I found this very intriguing and interesting, specifically its direct influence on human health.
I believe that there is no better place to continue my career in Pharmacist than the Pharmacy Department at Hospital. Its value – Patients are at the Heart of the Hospital, I consider it will be a very rich experience to get my opportunity to work, to have direct contact with patients, to devote my youth to the patient’s health goal first. Teamwork, professionalism, focus on your clinical excellence and commitment to progress of Hospital would give me motivation to always try to learn, improve my professional competence as well as clinical practice skills.
I have worked at Golden Mouse Pharmacy for one year. This position helps me learn how to advise and recommend appropriate drugs to customers, guide customers to use drugs properly, provide comprehensive health care for customers, expand the list of monthly customers, achieve KPI and increase sales for the company. Moreover, with my strong diligence and being a highly motivated employee, with an agile personality, easy to adapt to a new environment, I believe that I will become an employee who constantly strives for self-improvement to meet requirements for this position. Besides, I have been a Party member completed the task well six years; actively participated in social activities such as distributing gifts, organizing games for children on Mid-autumn festival; performing for fundraising; dancing flashmob, acting at Pharmacy Camp day; collaborating with healthcare students on a community project, jog accompanies the fund to support children orphaned by Covid-19; distribute charity meals to the homeless. I will be able to contribute to the Hospital in the best way that I can.
Considering my knowledge in Pharmacy, my experience along with a burning passion for working in Pharmaceutical Medicine and a desire to help others will create a good foundation for me to become a good Pharmacist in the future. I am convinced that I will be a valuable addition to the Pharmacy Department at Hospital. - Find out the customer's needs and medical condition, get medicine and recommend suitable products according to the customer's needs. - Advise customers on information related to the drug such as indications, usage, dosage, time of drug administration, side effects and foods that should and should not be eaten when taking the drug. - Arrange drug according to industry regulations, according to FEFO-FIFO, according to Lot Number and expiration date, easy to see, easy to get, and easy to check. - Check the expiration date of the drug to ensure that the expired product is not sold to customers. - Summarize the quantity of goods, import - export -inventory to estimate to ensure adequate supply. - Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy and arrange medications and products in the correct locations.
